Rich Laskiewicz is the property manager and lives in the McKinney area nearby. He came to Blue Star Storage in March 2003 as a part time manager for the property, then had the opportunity to become our full time property manager. Rich has worked hard to increase the occupancy & income with minimal delinquency rate. He assists customers in many ways and always willing to be “on call” to new and existing customers since he lives conveniently close by. Rich is married to Jacquie, a preschool director, and they have a son and a daughter that are grown.
